Madison Ranta
Madison Ranta is originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario (Robinson-Superior Treaty territory). She earned her Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University in 2019 and is currently working towards earning her JD from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. She took Aboriginal Peoples and the Law with Professor Metallic in Winter 2021 and produced an A2J project entitled “Pamajewon and the Recognition of Inherent Indigenous Jurisdiction.”
